Variable Dent Reed

Schacht Tapestry Bobbins
Schacht’s Gobelin-style tapestry bobbins are made of a rich, dark brown plywood, and have a smooth finish with a pointed tip for easy weaving. The bobbins are 8″ long, 5/8″ diameter at the widest point, and weigh about one ounce each. Available in a package of three.
Schacht Stick Shuttles
Schacht branded stick shuttles. These have a smooth finish, though are not oiled or varnished. They are 1 1/2″ (38mm) wide. Stick shuttles are the simplest and most versatile of all shuttles. Schacht produces them in in 9″, 10″, 12″, 16″, 20″, 24″ and 30″ lengths. Stick shuttles are easiest to use when they are slightly longer than the width of your warp.
