The variable dent reed is available for Schacht’s Cricket and Flip looms. Schacht posted project ideas for what can be accomplished with this reed on their blog here.
You can mix and match dents in your Flip and Cricket looms with these Variable Dent Reeds. Each reed comes with Schacht’s rigid heddle frame and an assortment of rigid heddle reed sections in a variety of dents. With the variable reed, you can create fabric with different densities, or use thick and thin yarns in the same warp.
